Dr. Mary Greene, Director of the Governance Management Group, CMS, Center for Program Integrity, leads CPI-wide strategic and operational planning; tracks and manages program integrity vulnerabilities and corrective actions for improper payments; develops Medicare and Medicaid program integrity-related policy, regulations, and external reports; and facilitates the agency-wide Program Integrity Governance Board comprised of CMS executive leadership. Her leadership has forged consensus inside and outside the center on program integrity strategies, operational efficiencies, and vulnerability mitigations. Her team has leveraged the GAO Fraud Risk Framework to develop risk assessments for nearly a dozen programs.
