Nathan E. Waters is a full-time Safety Culture Team representative at Consumers Energy. Along with four other members, he provides support to over 100 Grassroots Teams designed to improve a healthy and dynamic safety culture. By trade, Waters is a gas service technician. He is currently the National Human Rights Adviser for the Utility Workers Union of America (UWUA) Region IV.
