My name is Brandon Harada, I’m 32 years old and I am a third generation Japanese American. I am the founder and president of Shinobu Shabu and Shinobu Japanese bbq, 2 restaurants in the city of Westminster. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry since the age of 16 until I opened my own restaurant at the age of 27.
