Dave Parzen has over thirteen years of quality, management and engineering expertise. Parzen oversees the technical operations for NSF's automotive certification division and has been very involved in the development and oversight of the NSF collision repair shop certification program, which enables shops to demonstrate that an independent organization evaluated and certified the shop's capability to execute higher quality, consistent repairs. Previously, Parzen managed the NSF engineering labs and certification program for children's product safety. He earned Chemical Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
