Bryan Ichikawa is a Senior Manager for Deloitte’s Enterprise Risk Services group based out of Arlington, Virginia. As a globally recognized expert in biometrics, smart card, security, credentialing and identity and access management, Bryan serves as a trusted advisor to United States federal government and other national government clients around the world. Bryan regularly assists clients in the identification, design, integration and deployment of these technologies to deliver complete and comprehensive identity management solutions. Bryan has contributed extensively to the Smart Card Alliance where he has held many active roles including as vice-chairman on their Board of Directors and as an instructor for the SCA Educational Institute and the CSCIP certification course. He holds two patents for data security and user privacy in communications systems and is a contributing author for "Smart Cards--Seizing Strategic Business Opportunities". Bryan has previously held positions at Unisys, where he was Vice President of Identity Solutions, Thomson Media, where he held general management responsibilities for the CTST family of Conferences and Exhibitions, Executive Director of the Business Solutions Group for SPYRUS, Director of Marketing for Smart Cards at Certicom Corp, and had spent ten years at MCI Telecommunications in several executive and technology roles.
