Emine Krichen is research scientist in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition at Morpho Safran focusing on Iris Recognition. He received his Ph.D degree in computer science from Telecom SudParis France in 2007 entitled "Iris Recognition under Degraded Acquisition Conditions". He joined Morpho in 2008 and participated to several NIST benchmarks including IREX and MBGC. He has been involved in improving Morpho's iris recognition solutions deployed under UIDAI project and UAE border control project. He is author of several publications including journal papers, book chapters and conference papers in Biometric technology, he filed a patent in Iris Recognition in 2007 and won the Lumidigm Best Poster Award at ICB 2012.
