Ray Kimble is the President of Kimble and Associates and works with multiple clients around the world to address the identity challenge and drive social change. One of those projects is the GSMA Personal Data project where Ray’s focus areas include the Americas. GSMA is a trade association that represents the interests of over 800 mobile operators worldwide and has successfully launched the Mobile Connect solution across 13 countries with 17 mobile network operators last year. Over the past 15 years, Ray has helped clients develop strategy and implement cutting edge technology projects to address many current-day issues. His work has included brining forensic science and biometrics to crime laboratories and the first responder community across the nation to working with DARPA on warfighter technologies to spending the past 10 years focusing on the online identity issue. Ray was instrumental in deploying smartcards across 80 US federal agencies to over 800,000 citizens, as well as most recently working with the private and public sectors to write and implement the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC). Ray blends his technology expertise with a passion for building strategic partnerships and brining sound, efficient leadership to address many of today’s important issues – healthcare, education, family identity and mobility.
