Bryan is a 20 year member of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. After graduating from the academy in 1996, he worked a variety of assignments in corrections, patrol, and emergency operations. He has filled roles as operations and logistics chief positions during many large scale incidents such as wildland fires and major law enforcement critical incidents. His current assignment is as Program Manager for the department’s CAL-ID unit. There, he has oversight and direct accounting for the Tenprint and Latent operations. Included in this is managing the day to day operation and also ensuring the department stays up with or in front of emerging technologies and best practices in biometric modalities.
