Agent Paul Good is an Assistant Chief assigned to Border Patrol Headquarters in Washington, DC. His multi-faceted responsibilities include the development and management of enforcement related computer systems, user interfaces and hardware procurement. He is also charged with the oversight of biometrics initiatives and identity intelligence solutions for the U.S. Border Patrol. Agent Good is the Border Patrol liaison to the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), DoD Biometrics Identity Management Agency (BIMA) and DHS Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM). As the liaison to these groups he works to promote information sharing and improves synergies between core components. Agent Good’s law enforcement experience of 17 years lends itself to insight and practical contributions to the programs he oversees. Throughout his career with the U.S. Border Patrol, he has worked with and managed enforcement and intelligence related computer systems and collection devices. He has served in various assignments throughout the United States to include Border Patrol Agent and K-9 handler, Supervisory Border Patrol Agent, Target Analyst and Intelligence Supervisor.
