David has over 15 years of experience advising public, private and multilateral organizations on financial management, risk and program integrity issues including the stand-up of U.S. Treasury’s TARP program. In 2014, David was appointed as a resident MIT Sloan Fellow in Innovation where he focused on emerging technologies such as cryptocurrency / blockchain as a potential new operating model for the global financial system. Currently, at PwC, David is a SME on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. David works with clients across multiple sectors developing strategies, business models and technology solutions that leverage blockchain. Of particular note, David advises the USG on counter-terrorism and threat finance issues pertaining to the proliferation of cryptocurrencies and the usage of cryptocurrencies on the dark web. David has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
