Jeff worked with Kentucky DNR for 26 years regarding blasting safety issues and public concerns, positions included mine inspector, Manager of Enforcement, and Director of the Division of Explosives & Blasting. He has been with Sauls Seismic 6 years, specializing in third-party Seismic Services and Blast Complaint/Liability Protection issues.
