Andrew Dziewulski has more than 25 years of experience working with public and private sectors. Andy joined MITRE’s Center for Connected Government, Enterprise Business Strategy department in 2008. His expertise and work with executives focuses on driving strategy to operations, using approaches that build on the customer culture while recognizing broader ecosystems, engaging essential stakeholders, and dynamically building alternatives to address strategic challenges. He is often working across organizational boundaries when creating and implementing strategic initiatives, improving operations, re-engineering processes, or enhancing management and leadership practices. He has provided technical expertise to a number of intergovernmental initiatives such as the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership, the Affordable Care Act and the designing of the Federal Health Architecture.
