A 36 year public servant with 8 years in the Marine Corps and 28 in fire and rescue, Marc has served on the line as a firefighter, engine/truck driver and officer and teaches regionally and nationally. He is part of the founding team of the NVFR Leadership Institute. His time in public service has taught him that in any environment, effective training is what leads to effective outcomes.
