Richard Lewis, EMT-P, is the EMS Chief for South Metro Fire Rescue in Denver, where he has primary oversight of the mobile integrated healthcare (MIH) partnership between South Metro and Dispatch Health. He’s a nationally recognized MIH leader and co-developer of the National Fire Academy’s MIH Administration Course.
