Mr. Lambert holds a Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering from Laval University, Qu?bec city, Qu?bec, Canada. Following his education, he began his working career, starting at Kiewit, on the Western District Sea to Sky Highway project as a Superintendent of Drilling and Blasting Activities and later on the Canadian Resources Kwalsa & Upper Stave hydroelectric project, both in British Columbia, Canada. Following that work he worked as a Blast Application Engineer for DynoConsult (Dyno Nobel) in Qu?bec city, Qu?bec, Canada . In March 2013, he started his own practice as an Engineer/owner at Protekroc Inc. in Qu?bec city, Qu?bec, Canada.
