Russell has worked in the Power Generation industry for his entire career, starting out as a Commissioning Engineer with GEC Turbine Generators (now part of GE) out of England. After a spell working for Montreal Engineering in various project across Canada Russell returned to GEC to start-up the San Onofre Nuclear Plant in California (SONGS), later transferring to Southern California Edison as a System Engineer. Upon the closure of SONGS Russell took on his present position with National Electric Coil, focusing on business development and customer relationships worldwide.
