Jeff Dunn is a Senior Consultant with Identification Technology Partners supporting government and commercial clients. He has over 35 years of career experience with the National Security Agency (NSA). Prior to retiring from NSA as a Senior Executive, Jeff served as the Technical Director for Biometrics at the NSA Laboratory for Physical Science where he directed research activities in biometrics and identification technologies for a variety of federal security applications.

Jeff served 10 years on the White House National Science and Technology Council Subcommittee on Biometrics and Identity Management. In 2009 he was selected as a Director of National Intelligence Science and Technology Fellow for biometrics and identity technology expertise. Awards he has received include the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation for his contributions on enterprise-level biometric systems and the NSA Director's Distinguised Service Award.

From 1996-2015 he was Co-Chair of the AFCEA Global Identity Symposium (originally organized as the Biometric Consortium Conference).
