Michelle Beatty, MEd, NRP, is a 19-year EMS veteran who’s worked as an EMT and paramedic in both suburban and rural communities in the state of Virginia. She’s been an EMS educator since 2003 and is currently the EMS Training Manager for Loudoun County Department of Fire and Rescue, which is comprised of more than 1,600 career and volunteer members. She is a past presenter on the education tract for both EMS Today and Virginia State EMS conferences.
