Joe Penner is the Executive Director of MEDIC, the paramedic service for the Charlotte, N.C., area. He’s a Fellow and Board Certified in Healthcare Management by the American College of Healthcare Executives, Board Member of the American Ambulance Association, Board Member of the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services, and the Chair for the Housing Advisory Board of Charlotte–Mecklenburg.
