Frank Goldstein, president and CEO of Chesapeake Aquatic Consultants, LLC is a 45+ year veteran in the pool and spa industry along with being the author/editor of many of the APSP technical training manuals and training programs. He has recently completed penning his 1st Edition of the Florida Swimming Pool Association’s Florida Public Pool Specialist manual and training program, as well as the 4th Edition of his Basic Pool & Spa Operations – Maryland Edition pool and spa operations manual which is used to train around 700 pool and spa operators annually in the State of Maryland. He also has updated the APSP Service Technician training program that will be used for training technicians in the Basic Pool & Spa Technology training program. Mr. Goldstein in addition to developing training manuals and materials, also provides expert witness testimony for many segments of the industry in the U.S. and Canada. Frank teaches at several community colleges as adjunct faculty. He has also conducted several of the Lowry School of Pool & Spa Chemistry schools in Toronto, where he taught an advanced water chemistry and commercial pool and spa operations program developed by the late R. Neil Lowry, Ph.D. A longtime member of the APSP, Frank has served on the national Board of Directors, was one of the founding members of the national Service Council and has received numerous awards from the APSP, The American Red Cross and various Who’s Who organizations. He became an APSP Fellow in 2015.
