Tori Joseph manages public relations and social media for Benefitfocus. She created Benefitfocus first social media strategy and has helped usher in widespread social media adoption and participation across the company. By growing brand awareness and cultivating relationships with stakeholders on social media Tori began to see the synergy between PR and social, and in recent years her role has grown to encompass media, analyst and public relations. Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications from the College of Charleston and has been recognized as one of the 'Top 10 Twitter Elite' in Charleston, SC.
