Sammy Mandell opened Greenville Avenue Pizza Company (GAPCo) in 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Along with his team of Pizza Slayers, he has grown the business into a recognized and loved brand locally as well as nationally. GAPCo now has three locations in the Dallas area, has been on Pizza Today’s Hot 100 Independents list multiple times, and honored as one of INC 5000’s Fastest Growing Businesses. Sammy was Pizza Today’s first Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 and with that, received a scholarship to Tony Gemignani’s International School of Pizza where he became a certified Pizzaiolo. Sammy’s passions include creating jobs, bettering the lives of his employees, being with friends and family and slaying pizza! He lives in Dallas with his wife Molly and their beautiful daughter, Ginny.
