Dr. Ultan McCarthy has extensive experience in RFID technology, ranging from the management and development of basic applied research in RFID systems to commercializing ready-for-market RFID systems. He has engaged with university and industrial partners across the United States and Europe, also in the area of RFID, and is currently lecturing at Ireland's Waterford Institute of Technology.
