Christine M. Harris is the Power Generation Regulatory Compliance Practice Leader for HDR. She has over 32 years of utility experience. She has compliance expertise with 316b, CCR and ELG as well as decommissioning and demolition. She understands the impact of environmental regulations on equipment, and has developed and implemented compliance strategies for regulations. Christine is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with an MBA from James Madison University.
