Suzette is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years experience in clinical practice. In 2001, she joined the SUR Department in Louisiana, where she was instrumental in developing a fraud, waste and abuse review program for dental providers. During the seven years in the SUR department, Suzette became an expert user of the J-SURS application. J-SURS is a CMS-certified solution used in 13 states to fight fraud, waste and abuse. For the last 5 ½ years, she has worked with Truven Health Analytics managing the team that provides J-SURS training and user support. Most recently, Suzette has begun working with Government Solution Management and provides Program Integrity expertise to the team working on the Truven Health Payment Integrity Enterprise solution. She has her AHFI certification, truly enjoys working in the Program Integrity world, and is passionate about her work in this area.
