Ms. Libby Gilley has more than 25 years of experience in ES&H management in both the regulatory and DOE contracting community. She is currently employed by UCOR where she has been the Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) Program Lead for the East Tennessee Technology Park since 2008. Libby is recognized as a leader in DOE safety culture improvement training. Libby has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University. She is a certified Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), a Human Performance Improvement Practitioner, and a member of the ASSE and the East Tennessee Chapter of the Health Physics Society.
