Monique Rose, CCEMT-P, is EMS Lieutenant at UCHealth in Fort Collins, Colo. She’s the Chairperson of the National EMS Management Association (NEMSMA) Practitioner Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee, a group actively involved in developing an action plan to bolster provider resiliency, reduce provider stress, and reduce provider suicide, and is Vice-President and Co-Founder of Reviving Responders.
