Manage a number of ESH programs in LMS' Bay Area facilities (3 campuses, >200 bldgs, 4.5M ft sq space, 4,000 employees) including Walking & Working Surfaces. This includes compliance assessment, risk analysis and risk reduction, implementation and oversight of related training, and accident investigation and reporting – all in accordance with CalOSHA regulatory requirements. With respect to ladders and ladder safety: • performed a compliance assessment of more than 500 fixed ladders • surveyed more than 1,500 portable ladders, ladder stands, and step stools • identified and trained more than 800 ladder and ladder stand users
