Jason leads our Capital Asset Planning Solutions (CAPS) practice area and risk management solutions for clients as part of 1898 & Co.’s asset management team. He has project management and consulting experience including performing risk and economic analysis engagements for several multi-billion dollar capital projects and large utility systems. Jason has extensive experience modeling risk for utility industry clients. His modeling experience includes developing complex and innovative risk analysis models using industry leading risk analysis software tools employing Monte Carlo simulation, decision trees, and Genetic algorithms. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Dordt College and a Bachelor of Arts also from Dordt College. Jason is also a Professional Engineer registered with the Kansas Board of Technical Professions.
