Dr. Anthony M. Calomino is a materials and structures engineer with the NASA Langley Research Center and has worked for NASA since 1985. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Structural and Engineering Mechanics, and a doctorate in Materials Science. Dr. Calomino’s principal work has been on the durability behavior of high temperature materials used in applications ranging from propulsion systems to hypersonic vehicle applications. He is nationally recognized as a subject matter expert in in high temperature materials and structures expert. Anthony currently serves as the Chief Engineer for NASA’s Game Changing Development Program under the Space Technology Missions Directorate.
