Enidia Santiago-Arce has worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) for over 15 years. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and an M.S. in Technology Commercialization from Northeastern University. Currently working as a Sr. Technology Transfer Manager at GSFC’s Strategic Partnerships Office, her role requires a background in science and technology, coupled with business management skills and intellectual property knowledge, to properly manage a vast portfolio of technologies that cover both software and hardware components. Enidia also function as the Software Release Authority Alternate for Goddard. This role allows her the opportunity to facilitate access to Goddard owned software to create new comercial products and advance the scientific knowledge of NASA. In addition to managing GSFC’s Intellectual Property portfolio, she is responsible for developing partnerships, licensing technologies, and managing the software release process.
