Tony serves as the CE/CTO for the Leidos Civil Group, with responsibility to ensure technical excellence and innovation for program technical execution, proposal and capability development, research and development, and technical talent management. Tony collaborates with staff and customers to apply innovative information technology (IT), science and engineering to solve challenging problems and deliver mission success. Tony has over 30 years of experience in both full life-cycle system development and enterprise IT operations, including enterprise, system and software architecture, system analysis, system and software engineering management, software design, implementation, integration and test, deployment and sustainment of complex Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Agency, international and commercial solutions. Tony has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
