Foodservice Design Professionals


Lance has been Principal of Foodservice Design Professionals since 2005, managing designs of foodservice facilities within the K-12, higher education, corporate, healthcare and retail markets. With a focus on creative designs, out of the box solutions, and aligning scope to budget, he guides his team through all stages of a project. Prior to joining FDP more than 21 years ago, Lance worked as a foodservice kitchen contractor/fabricator, giving him the foundation of understanding the construction process, equipment installation, and means/methods of stainless-steel fabrication. Lance has award-winning projects featured in FCSI Showcase, FES, and FER magazines. Projects include TD Ameritrade, Holland Hall Private School, Norman Regional Health plex, Coppell ISD-High School, Coppell 9th Grade Center, Coppell Middle School, and Northside Culinary Facility. Lance focused on architectural design at Texas A&M University, College Station and received his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Bachelor of Science of Construction.
