Josh Bennett regularly defends blasting damage claims in state and federal courts in the United States. He focuses his practice on complex litigation and insurance defense matters, with an emphasis on construction litigation, products liability, toxic tort/personal injury, commercial explosives,˜professional negligence, and other related areas. Josh has been recognized by a number of organizations. He is listed in Super Lawyers as a "South Carolina Rising Star" in Civil Litigation Defense, received an A/V Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named in Columbia Business Monthly's "Legal Elite of the Midlands" in Construction Law. Josh is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he received his J.D.
