Terry O’Loughlin, a columnist for P&A Magazine, has also authored numerous articles for publications like Consumer’s Digest and F&I Magazine during his 16 years prosecuting dealers with the Florida Attorney General’s Office and his 10 years as the director of compliance with Reynolds and Reynolds. O’Loughlin was also a speaker at NADA in 2017 and 2018.
