Eric manages PG&E’s Distribution SCADA and FLISR teams, responsible for integrating new and existing substation and D-line equipment into PG&E’s SCADA system and also into PG&E’s FLISR (self-healing) automation schemes. Prior to working at PG&E, Eric held a variety of positions including Distribution Automation Engineer and Grid Automation Sales Manager at Eaton (formerly Cooper Power Systems), Feeder Automation Solution Architect at Schneider Electric as well as spent some time contract consulting for PG&E’s initial deployment of its FLISR system. Eric holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and works in PG&E’s Distribution Control Center located in Rocklin, California.
