Lynn Buquo currently serves as Manager for NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI). She works with a small, superb team of individuals from across NASA and Harvard University focused on using open innovation practices, particularly crowd-based competitions launched through the NASA Tournament Lab, to accelerate and augment how the government meets its mission while advancing the science of innovation. Ms. Buquo has been with NASA for 28 years. She has a Master’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati.
