Pavel Anisimov

Pavel or “the Pavel” is a national award–winning cider- and meadmaker. He served as vice president of Club DOZE, serves as a BJCP beer and mead judge, and runs the NHC first-round San Francisco competition. Pavel promoted and popularized home mead- and cidermaking in Northern California, and he has won multiple NHC medals with his ciders and perries, multiple gold medals from the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP), multiple Golden Cups from the Mazer Cup, and the 2017 California State Fair best-of-show award.
