Greg Murphy graduated in 2008 with a degree in Political Science from UC San Diego where he also was elected Vice President Finance of the Associated Students. After serving six years as senior Policy Advisor for an elected official in San Diego focused on coastal and ocean management, economic development and environmental regulation, Greg was asked to become Executive Director of The Maritime Alliance. Greg now helps organize the largest BlueTech cluster in the U.S. with the mission of promoting sustainable, science-based ocean and water industries.
