David Zuniga is the General Manager of the new U.S. subsidiary Danish Aerospace Company – North America, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Zuniga has extensive commercial and government space program experience most recently with the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS) which manages the U.S. National Laboratory on the International Space Station for NASA. Prior to CASIS, David led several technology development teams at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in life support system development for exploration vehicles for government programs. He’s taken his research area and applied it to industry in the field of remote sensing, and space systems as they apply to commercial ground markets. As DAC-NA’s General Manager, David Zuniga will pursue new applications for DAC’s specialized exercise, medical monitoring, water recycling equipment and related software for use during human space flight missions and in other extreme environment conditions.
