Zach began his career with a Fortune 100 company, quickly realizing entrepreneurship was the path he wanted to follow. Co-founder, President and CEO – Black Bear Frozen Yogurt & Espresso. As Washington State’s first combination frozen yogurt/espresso retail concept, Zach created a new food and beverage category, growing it to seven locations. 2014 – Conceptual Development, JoeFroyo: A product line of beverages that are smooth and creamy, without the discomfort of lactose. A touch of sweetness, but without any added sugar. The health benefits of live and active cultures, but without a sour taste. First came JoeFroyo Functional Cold Brew.
