Nicholas McCoy




Nick McCoy, has been brewing for over a decade and traveled the world in search of great craft beer. Nick accounts much of his competition success on a great passion for brewing and a basic approach to the hobby that focuses on process and recipe creation. He is a member of Draft Punk homebrew club and brews regularly with Jeff Poirot. In 2017 Nick and Jeff won the Ninkasi Award at NHC with two first place awards in the Specialty IPA and Trappist Ales categories. Nick and Jeff are both contributors for Brew Your Own Magazine.
