Scott Alan Brewer currently serves as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Community Relations/Security for Four Winds Casinos. Four Winds Casinos senior most executive accountable for the development and oversight of policies and programs intended for the mitigation and/or reduction of compliance, operational, strategic, financial and reputational security risk. Interfaces with Governmental entities to ensure regulatory compliances are met. Maintains positive relations with Community leaders in the region. Oversees all philanthropic endeavors that the Four Winds Casino are involved with. Collectively Scott has more than 35 years of strong and diverse leadership. Most recently, ten years in the Native American casino/gaming environment. Prior to joining the Four Winds corporate team he retired from the US Air Force with over 27 years of service, attaining the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Last position held with the Air Force was Chief Recruiting Liaison as representative for the Air Force Recruiting Command Headquarters advising on human resource and recruiting capacities providing strategic leadership that affects global policy. Scott is a citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indian Nation. Pokagon Band is a federally recognized sovereign tribe in Northern Indiana & Southwest Michigan. He has been an advisor to Pokagon Tribal Council on several matters and has been Chairman of the Pokagon Veteran Affairs, as well as past Chairman of the Pokagon Health Board. In 2019, Scott was appointed Chairman of the Indiana Native American Indian Affairs Commission, by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb.
