Jeff Hammer is a Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience working on technically complex underground projects in the western United States. Jeff is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and has focused work on underground Civil and Mining projects. Recently working with Colorado Department of Transportation as part of the Kraemer-Obayashi Joint Venture on the Twin Tunnels project, Jeff managed the complex excavation of the widening of two tunnels on the Colorado I-70 Corridor, near Idaho Springs.
