" James Kennard, Associate at Leisure Development Partners, UK James joined LDP in 2012 from Knight Frank and brings a wealth of experience across the leisure and entertainment sectors, as well as strong experience across the commercial and residential property sectors. While working for ERA,WS Atkins and LDP James has developed numerous cultural & heritage projects, worked on World Cup stadia, specialty attractions and family entertainment centers; he has completed a number of mixed-used development assignments, from conducted Economic Impact Assessments and residential-focused research consultancy to feasibility studies. James holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social and Market Research. His career made him travel from Europe to UAE, Africa and Asia."
