Maribeth Bisienere is the Senior Vice President of Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Water Parks and Miniature Golf. Maribeth is responsible for all of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts sports efforts globally, including leadership of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida and the runDisney business. In addition to the Sports business, Maribeth leads Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs retail, dining and entertainment district and managed the redevelopment of that property over the past three years. She also leads Walt Disney World’s two world class Water Parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, and two 18-hole Miniature Golf operations. With more than 20 years of experience at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Maribeth has held positions within the Food & Beverage and Merchandise Operations lines of business, Resort Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, New Business Development, and Operating Participants & Alliance Development. Maribeth currently represents Disney on the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Board of Directors as well as being a member of the Florida Citrus Sports Board and the United Way Board of Directors. Maribeth graduated from Cedar Crest College in Pennsylvania, with a double major in Political Science and Social Work. She attended the University of Colorado where she earned a certification in Resort Condominium Management and also completed the Hotel General Managers Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
