Levi started working with coffee in 1991 when he was a barista for career day. Rather than bringing a poster board with pictures of coffee he carried in a small espresso machine and made a vanilla latte for his teacher. Ever since then Levi has owned a drive thru in the Seattle area, worked at Coffee Fest serving as the Educational Programming Manager, contributed at Bellissimo Coffee Advisors, and started a coffee podcast called Audio Cafe. He is now the Beverage Product Specialist at Kerry (the parent company of DaVinci Gourmet, Big Train, Oregon Chai, and Island Oasis brands), where he develops recipes and presents at trainings and trade shows.
