I started my career in gaming in 1996 as a security officer and quickly moved into Table Games as a Dealer working my way through the ranks to Supervisor, Shift manager, and eventually to Director of Table Games. I joined Mole Lake Casino Lodge & Conference Center in 2014 as Table Games Manger tasked with the redesign and reopening their Table Games Department. I took over as Director of Marketing in 2016 translating my analytical skills from Table Games into an overall property approach using data to determine how each facet of the business influences each other. I am a firm believer in the use of data analytics as an integral component of the decision making process.
