Chris Smith

Chris been a homebrewer for more than two decades and started making cider around 2005 while studying to take the BJCP exam. Since then, he has made hundreds of batches. Chris currently works for Northern Brewer and helps new cidermakers hone their skills. He is a Master BJCP judge and has won many local and national medals for cider, mead, and beer.
