Kristin Girard is the founder and owner of The Vine n Hop Shop in Brunswick, Ohio. A homebrewer and winemaker since 2006, she opened Vine n Hop in May 2015. Since opening the store, she has consistently increased its yearly sales by more than 40 percent annually. She also founded the homebrew club The Brewing Ring in Medina (The BRiM) in 2015. Aside from brewing, she is a mom to five rambunctious boys aged 8 to 24, a grandmother of one, and wife to her brewing partner, Steve.
